After reading the first book in this series I was very hooked on the characters as well as the plot and couldn't wait to read more. Usually I have some trepidation when I tend to read a series always hoping the author stays true to their characters and the premise of the story however, I am here to say that X.Aratare has done it again. Not only has this book stayed true to the original story but expounded enough to answer all my questions that haunted my phyche since reading the first book and left me craving for more once again. I know some people may disagree with my assessment but if you like some mystery in your reading then I highly recommend this book.Product details

enjoyed both books from this author.
This novel is just as exciting as the first in the series, but what makes it worth the time to read is the building character development and budding relationship between the two main characters. While the first novel introduces us to the characters and their present situation, this novel takes us further into the intimate moments between Sean and Dane and the vulnerable sides they show each other. It is not quick to turn sexual, letting the love between the characters slowly develop and making their time together more special. The only sexual content is in a confrontation of Sean's past, but that doesn't mean we won't be seeing more of Sean and Dane's relationship. With romance and action intertwined to create suspense, you will be eagerly awaiting the next novel.
